Three systems to be maintained for mask production line:

Transmission system: the transmission system includes motor, gear, reducer, sprocket, chain, conveyor belt and other parts, check whether the motor surface is covered with dust and other things that affect heat dissipation, whether the gear and sprocket are oiled, and whether there is any attachment. Whether the chain tightness is appropriate whether there is a foreign body, whether the link screw between the transmission parts is loose, etc. Whether the lubricating oil of the reducer is sufficient, change the lubricating oil regularly.

Electrical system: check whether the electrical connector of the equipment is loose, whether the main power line and branch signal line are worn, aged, electrical parts are loose, whether the electrical box is clean and dry, whether the exhaust fan is working normally and so on.

Ultrasonic wave system: check whether the ultrasonic wave system is clean, especially the ultrasonic wave electrical box, vibrator (transducer), welding head (expansion ratio) must be dry and clean without water, the connection line should be firm. Always check the wear of ultrasonic welding head. Pay attention to the range of the voltmeter and ammeter pointer on the ultrasonic box.

The mask production line is connected by a body machine and an ear band machine.
