TERMS & CONDITIONS CREDIT NOTE

Issue of the Credit Note

Doe a Deer Credit Note can be issued in store or by a store sales associate when the requirements meet the Returns & Exchanges terms and conditions.

Doe A Deer Credit Note are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Doe A Deer does not accept cancellations or offer refunds under any circumstances in whole or part thereof once payment of the original purchase has been made and the Doe A Deer Credit Note is issued.

Redemption

If upon redeeming your Doe A Deer Credit Note, there is a difference between the cost payable and the Credit Note value, Doe A Deer will require further payment for the difference. Doe A Deer Credit Note must be redeemed in full within the validity period.

Doe A Deer Credit Notes are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

Should you wish to exchange or return any products that have been paid for using a Doe A Deer Credit Note, the Doe A Deer Returns & Exchanges policy applies; and a Credit Note may be issued, should the product be deemed unsuitable.

Expiry

Credit Notes are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. It is the receiver’s responsibility to redeem the value placed on the Credit Note within that time frame. Doe A Deer will not be able to extend Credit Notes beyond the expiry date.

Security

The Receiver of the Doe A Deer Credit Note is responsible for the safety and the use of the Credit Note. Doe A Deer will not be held responsible for lost or stolen Doe A Deer Credit Notes. Doe A Deer Credit Notes are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Credit Notes will be not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
