RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Provided all store swing tags are intact and the original purchase receipts can be produced, Doe a Deer will happily offer an exchange for another colour from a new size or an entirely different style on Doe a Deer merchandize returned within 7 days of purchase. In the event, there are no suitable items for exchange, a store credit note will be issued. Doe a Deer does not provide cash refunds for change of mind purchases in the store.

At Doe a Deer we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. In the instance, where merchandize is considered faulty we will offer a refund (credit note) or replacement, for the full purchase price. The customer must provide proof of purchase. Doe a Deer reserves the right to examine the item in question.

Items purchased on sale are only exchangeable within a period of 3 days and not eligible for refunds (Credit Note); unless faulty or not of merchandisable quality.
