Standard forklift operation

I. purpose: to standardize the safe operation and safe driving of forklift truck;

Ⅲ. Safety driving code of forklift:

1. The forklift truck shall be driven only after passing the related department examination and obtaining the special work operation certificate issued by the government agency, and strictly observe the following safety operation procedures.

2. Must study and strictly follow the operation rules, and be familiar with the performance of vehicles and the road conditions in the operation area. Master the basic knowledge and skills of forklift maintenance, and do the maintenance work of the vehicles according to the regulations.

3. Driving with people is strictly prohibited; drinking and driving are strictly prohibited; No eating or chatting while driving; No cell phone calls in traffic.

4. The vehicle should be strictly checked before use, and it is strictly prohibited to take out of the vehicle with fault, and not to force through the dangerous or potentially dangerous road sections.

Iv. Safety operation manual of forklift truck

Electric forklift drivers must operate in accordance with safety regulations

1. Check whether the brake system is effective and battery power is sufficient before operation. If defects are found, deal with them before operation

2. It is not allowed to use a single cargo fork to move the goods, nor to use the tip of the cargo fork to pick up the goods. It must be inserted all of the cargo fork into the goods and put the goods evenly on the cargo fork

3. Start steadily. Slow down before turning

No man or woman is allowed to stand on cargo forks and no man or woman is allowed to run on forklifts

5. Handle the larger goods carefully, and do not carry the unfixed or loose goods

6. Check electrolyte regularly. No open flame lighting is allowed to check electrolyte of battery

7. Before parking, the fork should be lowered to the ground and the forklift should be placed neatly. Stop and disconnect the whole vehicle

8. When the power supply is insufficient, the electric quantity protection device of the forklift truck will automatically open. The forklift cargo fork will refuse to lift operation and cannot continue loading and using.

9. During charging, disconnect the forklift working system from the battery first, then connect the battery to the charger, then connect the charger to the power outlet, and open the charger.

10. Under normal circumstances, the intelligent charger does not need manual intervention, while the non-intelligent charger can manually intervene the output voltage and current value of the charger. Normally, the output voltage value is 10% higher than the nominal voltage of the battery, and the output current should be set at about 1/10 of the rated capacity of the battery. (for example, DC24V/210AH battery, the output voltage and current of the charger can be set at 26V, 21A)
